The HR Forum allows for the sharing and discussion of views, information and best practices in a confidential and open group environment. It acts as a resource to members of ITAC on various HR issues. It is also a forum for being heard as a group and encourages the ethical and consistent application of HR practices across ITAC member organizations. The forum supports the compensation survey process through strategic level recommendations, timely feedback and actively supports appropriate company resources to ensure world-class results.
