How do I apply?
The program provides wage subsidies directly to the employer. You therefore first need to find a suitable job.
Students in both co-op and non-coop in eligible programs qualify.
You can directly apply to a position from any job board or sign up through the Career Ready matching technology portal. The portal is linked to your school’s work term office and they will be notified once you apply for a position.
Once a “match” is made your school’s work term department will verify the position and then you can proceed with an interview with the employer. If the interview is successful and your employer has applied for the Career Ready wage subsidy funding you will then be required to fill out the Participant Information Form.
